Cancellation before starting
Contact Qedonamir as early as possible. Any cancellation charge depends on the written terms, preparation already completed and non-recoverable commitments.
After learning has started
Delivered sessions, accessed materials and completed review work may remain chargeable. Deferring to another suitable date may be considered where available.
Refund review
Eligible refunds are assessed against the confirmed course terms, participation, access already provided and applicable law. Approved amounts are returned by an appropriate method within a reasonable processing period.
